Photo of the Day [POTD]: endless

IMG_1092
We could discuss this all night, but I really don’t think it will matter. You’ve closed your mind to anything I have to say, so why bother?

Photo of the Day [POTD]: in all likelihood

Strap on your Sunday shoes; tonight we’re gonna experience something quite different. I know I’ve made my promises in the past, but this time it’s gonna be different.

Photo of the Day [POTD]: cancelled subscription

Your accusing words leave me dumbfounded. Don’t subscribe to the bullshit the peddlers are ramming down your throat; it doesn’t become you.

Photo of the Day [POTD]: false advertising

I never assumed anything, let alone take any of this for granted. But I have found, that a lot of your promises have left me wanting.

As I was walking up to our condo unit, I decided to take a snap of the fountain one of the buildings, with the rising moon, as the backlight.

iPhone Case with interchangable lenses

As I am an avid iPhone fan, as well as a photography enthusiast, iPhone photography seemed like a logical next step. In fact, iPhone photography has pretty much become the basis for this blog (among a few other things). And today, I stumbled upon another little toy that just made me drool with envy: the Factron iPhone case.

Yes, I have drooled over numerous iPhone cases before (most recently the Griffin Clarifi — USD35, sold locally for PhP2,550), but this one really takes the cake.

The Factron iPhone case is a stylish, metal finished, old-school Leica-esque looking case with a complete set of interchangeable lenses — fish eye, wide-angle, and close-up lenses which can range from USD15 to USD55. However, the case itself is a hefty USD200. While it does cost quite a pretty penny, the possibilities with this toy are endless, especially for a iPhone photography freak like myself. But of course, I will have to continue drooling for a bit until someone gives me the case as a gift, or I win the lottery.

For now, check out some of the product photos, while I go buy a lotto ticket.

Photo of the Day [POTD]: scheduled departure

IMG_1070
I’ve never been good with deadlines. To be honest, I’m flat out bad with keeping track of things I have to do. But your ultimatum was just plain absurd.

The good times weren’t meant to last forever. And just like the roller coaster ride we’ve been on, this is just another low point.

Photo of the Day [POTD]: disruption

IMG_1059
It came slowly. It’s cold, clammy hand steadily creeping. Yet, without warning, it found it’s way into us.

Self-Portrait

As I am often on the other side of the lens, seldom do I get to see myself in photos. And being that I don’t really take photos of myself, I thought I would indulge myself this one time… as the output came out rather unique.

Here I am — midstride.

It wasn’t love. It wasn’t desire either. But a sense of duty — an obligation. But as I said before you can keep it.

You can’t say I didn’t try. After pouring out my heart and soul, failure after failure, I just got tired. Holden Caulfield had it easy. Or at least, I think he did. But don’t take my word for it, I’m just a rambling drunk.

Vlad Artazov’s wonderful Nail Art

I stumbled across some beautiful and artistic photos created by Czech artist Vlad Artazov.

The humor, and realism behind the execution of the photographs are just too interesting not to share.

I remember that story — or was it an urban legend — about the man that steps into an elevator shaft. Somehow, I forgot the moral of the story, but seeing you just made me think of it.

Photo of the Day [POTD]: voyeurism

I’ve run out of things to say, and the cliché well has run dry. I’m content to go on, knowing that you’re near by… even if you don’t say a word.
