Photo of the Day [POTD]: robots

We often forget the reasons that we celebrate certain events and get lost in all the hoopla. The true essence of things that we should really remember get lost in the mechanics of what we are used to.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: spongy

I just realized that you’re beginning to act a lot like the people you’re been spending time with. You walk like them, you talk like them and you’re definitely picking up some of the bad habits.
Quad Camera
Because my previous application for a multi-shot, toy-camera (Molopix) has not been able to satisfy Apple’s application submission policy, I have been without one of my favorite iPhone applications for more than 4 months. As a result, I had to look elsewhere to get my photo-fun satisfaction. And I found it with Quad Camera.
Here’s a sample shot.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: snakes and ladders

I thought I knew you. Apparently I didn’t. Fuck it; back to square one. Let’s roll the dice.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: soul cleansing

Doesn’t it feel better to let it all out? Those tears helped ease the pain. Now you can move on.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: last straw

I gave you every thing I could. And I never asked for much in return. But the straw that broke the camels back always comes in different shapes and sizes.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: get a grip

You really have to learn to control your outbursts. Acting like an impudent child will get you nowhere, even if you try to work your charms.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: privacy

You let go of your inhibitions and set your spirits free. To what extent, I still can’t say. We’ll have to wait and see. I just hope you don’t get into too much trouble.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: remains of the day

It’s over and done. You can’t expect the hoopla to last forever, even if you think it should.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: patterns

Don’t think I haven’t noticed the waxing and waning of your ever fickle mood swings. I just choose not to bring it up as to avoid an argument.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: blinders

I have run out of things to say and ways to convince you. It’s sad how so many broken promises can lead to disillusion. Maybe it’s a constant belief that the last time was just a fluke. Or maybe I just can accept the sad reality that you just really don’t give a shit.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: x’s and o’s

It’s not quite as simple as tic-tac-toe. We’re talking about something much bigger here. It’s not a game of chance and luck when our hearts and minds are at stake… or is it?
eastern communications / bpap party @ sofitel
Last night, Eastern Communications hosted a party for BPAP (Bussiness Processing Association of the Philippines) at the Harbor Garden Tent of Hotel Sofitel. The event was hosted by Regine Tolentino and had Escola de Samba de Manila and Guarana for Entertainment.
Here are a few photos from the nights proceedings.

Photo of the Day [POTD]: hooked

I knew in an instant that I wanted to be with you. There was just an indescribable connection that caused me to latch on to your quirky and bubbly personality.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: barriers

I know there are many things that are trying to keep us apart — but I refuse to bow down to any of these circumstances. Someway, somehow, we will find a way.
esse and joy get married
Last Friday, my good buddy Esse decided to finally tie the knot with his fiancee Joy. It was another opportunity to get together with the boys and their wives and celebrate another joyous occasion.
Here are a few photos from the day’s proceedings.

Photo of the Day [POTD]: how high the moon

All other faces pale in comparison, next to the beauty that you hold.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: memory gaps

I know you, don’t I? Or do you have one of those faces that seems to look like the masses in general. No, I’m positive. I’ve met you somewhere; I just can’t quite place it.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: candidacy

Sometimes it’s not about who is the best… but about who is most suited. Your credentials do not always back up your future. Sometimes the honesty shines through all the bullshit surrounding the proceedings.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: garbled

I didn’t quite get you the first time. But when you put things in a different light, I began to understand what you meant.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: finger knot

It’s done and over with, and I’m okay. We’ve been through a lot, more of the bad times than the good ones. We’ve done things that I guess we were better off not doing. And said things I ponder were really meant, but just blurted out of anger.
It’s just that this time last year I know I was happier. These were the days when everything was floating in the air, and there wouldn’t be a single bad thing that can bring me down. And so in this hour or so upon writing this, I give myself permission to remember.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: leave the lights on

It’s nothing to be ashamed of. In fact, you should be proud. It’s who you are — and that’s exactly who I want you to be.
Photo of the Day [POTD]: best laid plans

I’ve been planning this for a long time, and nothing is gonna mess this up for me — not even your incessant whining and constant bitchiness. I am resolute.
Mio fighst Cancer
Last Friday, a slew of celebrities and musicians all made their way to Music Museum in support of Mio — a five year old boy battling cancer. The show of concern was overwhelming, as the participation of so many groups and individuals was really inspiring.
Here are a few photos from the event.
