Last weekend, my dad took us all out for a treat — the Kaos show at Resorts World Manila. We had some Japanese for lunch and a quick Lion Dance show to celebrate the entrance of the Chinese New Year.. Here are a few iphone photos from the dance:

Home made Japanese Lunch
Leave it to Tita Che to come up with themed Sunday lunches… And not just ordinary meals, I’m talking about full blown smorgasbords.
Here’s a photo of yesterday’s lunch, with a lot of the dishes like the Chawanmushi, Sukiyaki, Kani Salad missing. All that’s showing here is what was right in front of me.

So while hanging out in Valenzuela, the kids decided to put down the iPhones and the PSPs and the PS2 and decided to go old school. Or maybe it was because of the fact that they were also “grounded” from using the tech stuff lest they become junkies (it’s probably too late).
So as a form of entertainment, they decided to play Piko (or ehem, Hopscotch, as they prefer to call it).
